2. Vật liệu tổ hợp (nanocompozit): 2D MoS2/graphene, graphene oxide, ZnO/graphene, TiO2/graphene, Fe3O4/graphene, Fe3O4/Zeolite
3. Đặc trưng vi cấu trúc, tính chất điện, quang học, từ tính, xúc tác, quang hóa, điện hóa
